All insurance claims for shortages, damages or inaccurate merchandise have to be made to Customer Service within 5 days from invoice of items.
Please allow up to 3% on lacks and damages.
Request for changes are required to be in writing.
While every attempt to honor modification requests will be made, orders in production can not be altered or cancelled.
